The Alberta Small Church Pastors’ Retreat – April 29 to May 2, 2024.
Small Church Connections held three retreats last fall for pastors and spouses serving in small churches. We are planning a retreat for Alberta from April 29 to May 2, 2024. Registration is now open. We are planning two more for the fall of 2024 in Ontario and the Maritimes.
Unlike other similar events you might have attended these are designed specifically with small churches in mind.
Registration will open for the spring retreats soon. Registration will be limited to 120 people for each retreat so we are encouraging people to register early.

It was a great atmosphere of encouragement and connection. What I appreciated was not having “big church guys” tell us small church guys how to lead.

I loved the entertainment on the first evening, being pampered by the amazing breakfasts, the banquet and getting away for a time of rest, refocus and refuel.

It was perfect. There was fellowship, worship, great food, and helpful and insightful information. Also enjoyed the table talk in the evenings and the entertainment the first night.

I greatly appreciated this retreat. It was a wonderful mix of encouraging content, discussion, time for retreat and good conversation with other leaders. It was obvious that a ton of care went into putting on this retreat and those of us who attended were greatly cared about and cared for.

It exceeded my expectations in many ways. Connecting with other small church pastors was refreshing and beneficial.
